next watch: starting over from season one
current thought: i need to experience this show at my big age...

i’ve already watched girlfriends once, but i definitely need to sit down and watch it again now that i’m older.
the first time, i enjoyed the friendships, fashion, relationships and comedy—but i know a rewatch at my big age is going to feel completely different. i’ll probably understand the choices, arguments, career struggles and complicated relationships in ways i didn’t before.
i’m especially interested to see whether i still relate to the same characters or if i end up viewing everybody differently this time. because sometimes you don’t realize how chaotic a character truly is until life gives you a little more experience lol.
girlfriends is officially next on my list. starting from season one and taking my time with it this time around <3
